Tracks:
    The hind tracks are large and flat with 3 toes showing.  Front tracks show a smudge from the heel pad and 1 or 2 large claws from the side, making a semicircle shape that points against the direction of travel.
 
Similar tracks:
    Tapir (Tapirus terrestris) and giant armadillo (Priodontes mazimus) may leave similar hind tracks.
