Tracks:
    The tracks usually show 5 toes in both front and hind feet.  Toes are teardrop shaped and webbing may show in softer substrates.  Claws tend to show.
 
Similar tracks:
    The Giant otter (Pteronura brasiliensis) has a significantly larger track.  Other similar sized mustelid tracks may leave similar tracks.
